These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ashtaydane.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

We describe our products as accurately as possible, but colors, materials, and fit may vary slightly from photos, especially for handmade and one-of-a-kind pieces. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise shown and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our checkout provider. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. An order confirmation email does not guarantee availability.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 4-5 business days of purchase. Shipping timelines and costs beyond that are shown at checkout and may vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs once an order leaves our hands.

"Ashtaydane"®, our logo, and our other brand names and marks are trademarks of Ashtaydane, registered in connection with clothing and art/apparel goods. All designs, artwork, photography, text, and branding on this Site are the property of Ashtaydane and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashtaydane is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
