  • Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details when you place an order, sign up for our email list, or contact us.
  • Payment information: payment is processed directly by our payment processor (e.g. Shopify Payments). We do not store your full card details ourselves.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and general location, collected through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the Site.

2. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and tools like Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to understand site traffic and to show you relevant ads on those platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising through each platform's own tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, communicate with you about your order, send marketing emails if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime), improve the Site, and prevent fraud.

We share information with service providers who help us run the business: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processor, shipping carriers, and email marketing provider. We also share limited data with Google and Meta for analytics and advertising as described above. We do not sell your personal information for money.
