Processing time. Orders are shipped within 4-5 business days of purchase.

Domestic (United States).

International. We ship to select countries worldwide (including the UAE, Austria, and Australia, among others) via DHL Express. Rates and transit time are calculated at checkout based on destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier upon delivery, in addition to the shipping cost paid at checkout.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Ashtaydane is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
