Refund & Return Policy

Exchanges for wrong size only. If an item doesn't fit, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original, sealed packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or removed from their sealed packaging are not eligible for exchange. Outside of this size exchange, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing, or contact us at ash@ashtaydane.com with questions before you order.

Exception — damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact ash@ashtaydane.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit where possible.

Order changes. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at britt@ashtaydane.com. We can only accommodate changes before the order has shipped.
