Payment options

We accept the following at checkout:

  • Buy now, pay later: Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, and Afterpay

Buy-now-pay-later plans are offered and serviced by their respective providers (Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, Afterpay) under those providers' own terms — Ashtaydane is not the lender and doesn't control their approval, fees, or repayment terms.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, email ash@ashtaydane.com or britt@ashtaydane.com as soon as possible with your order number.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled and are processed for shipment; from that point, our standard Refund & Return Policy above applies.
